This...

Opening something...

And leaving it

for later.

Coming back and

Not closing it.

This.

This was not just inaction.

But a pattern.

Not closing

and keep it hanging,

till it's almost

too late.

They didn't feel urgent.

So I let them sit.

Not because I was lazy,

not because of procrastination.

I simply did not know how to decide.

How important they could be.

Or...

The basis

on which I could know.

And so, they never really left.

They kept taking up space...

whether I noticed or not.

So I tried something different.

I asked myself...

"Does this need

more thinking...

or just

closing?"

The moment I saw it that way,

there was nothing left to figure out.

Action became easy.

That quiet mental loop... disappeared.

Most of all decisions

can be easily closed

based on a few

basic criteria.

With just a handful of

right questions.

There are simple ways of

looking at decisions,

that change how they appear.

And once seen clearly,

they don't need effort to close.

Instead,

they leave behind a

quiet relief of completion.
